“Crescent Edge” is an important brushed stainless steel sculpture by British abstract sculptor, Robert Adams. It was created in 1972 during the period where Adams solidified his reputation as one of the foremost British abstract sculptors, representing Britain in two Biennals, one in 1952 and one in 1962. His work is held in The Tate Britain, the São Paulo Museum of Modern Art, The Getty, the Museum of Modern Art, New York, and the Smithsonian Institute.
